We accept returns on new and used bicycles within 14 days of purchase, the bike must be in the same condition as sold, with proof of purchase. Past 14 days, we will attempt to work with the customer to reach mutually acceptable terms for buy-back on a case-by-case basis.

We accept returns on merchandise within 30 days of purchase. The product must be un-opened, in original condition, accompanied by proof of purchase.
